How do people Effect on the environment?
♥By: Paige♥
Most of are accidents happen by man-made what we need to do to help are environment is we could make more Electric cars and get rid of gas cars.
The dust bowl was a cloud of Dust and it destroyed crops and plants. The lesson that can be is learned is that we can’t overdo it and we can’t do it so fast.
Movies and books
Lorax
Deep water Horizon
Dust Bowl
Wall E
To Drill or Not To Drill
Erosion happens most places because rain washes away land and levies a big hole. Prairie plants roots can grow deep (3.5m). Farmers cover crops every year and it helps the crops grow when it is harvest time. It tacks 100-1,000 years for one cementer to grow. Soil is helped formed by parent material and rocks. Sometime people through food out in there yards and they do that the help the soil it is called compost and organic material.
It takes 100-1,000 years so it takes a long time to form land and in the dust bowl there are feet’s of dust to form.
Deep Trouble, Drill or Not to Drill, and Dust bowl all have in common is Responsible use of Sustainable resources, Greed, and inesses made for money.
The Lorax and Wall E both are polluted area move to space and in the Lorax the animals had to move some were and they didn’t know where they were going to move.
The dust bowl got started by farmers making wheat and in the Lorax they are making something weird. Wall E and the Oil Spill both have in common is they polluted there land and ocean so bad that it killed animals and fish.
Easter Island
They got to the island and they made stone statues and made more and more and to move it (maybe) they used trucks of trees and so they had to cut down trees to make canoes to and so they cut all the trees down so the birds food was the trees and the bird and fish was there food so it is like a food chain and so the birds went away and the fish and so the people went to war and while they were at war they knocked down statues and they were destroyed and so if you say they could just plant seeds but they didn’t have seeds and there were no trees so when it rained the soil washed the land away like Erosion.
Easter Island, dust bowl, and oil spill have in common is that they both had to do with pollution and all the animals went away.
The Lesson that can be learned by is that we need to be safer and need to make more electric cars and furnaces and don’t pollute the air and plant more trees and don’t cut down trees so animals don’t dye.
What we need to do to prevent future disaster is make laws and they should be that we need to not think of money for a second and think about the earth and we need to think about we buy because we might buy something that we don’t need and then they have to order more and to make it in factory’s which pollutes the air so we need to change stuff about this world.
